Volunteers: The 8th Annual Chickweed Celebration is seeking volunteers for ticket takers, wristband checkers, set-up/tear-down, t-shirt sales, stage hands, more on July 20. Email chickweedwomen@gmail.com

HICKORY — Reduced rates at Hickory’s 34th Oktoberfest for arts and crafts vendors to early registrants by Aug. 1.
