SALISBURY — Jessica Renee Webb, 26, of the 100 block of West Liberty Street, was charged with possession of a weapon by a prisoner Sunday.

Webb was reported to have hidden a syringe in her bra. The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office confiscated the syringe and detained Webb.

• Drugs were found during a traffic stop Saturday in the 1900 block of Shive Road at Organ Church Road.

• A woman reported an assault Sunday in the 4800 block of Bringle Ferry Road.

• Marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found during a traffic stop Sunday in the 70000 block of South Interstate 85, China Grove.

• Nazareth Children’s Home reported runaway juveniles stealing from a van at the home Sunday in the 1000 block of Children’s Circle, Rockwell.

• Rachelle Nicole Williams, 49, of the 3000 block of East N.C. 152, was charged with possession of a controlled substance Friday.

• Ruben Antonio Granados, 16, of the 2900 block of Shupin Mill Road, Rockwell, was charged with possession of a controlled substance be a minor Friday.

• Dashawn Jamal Howie, 19, of West A Street and Oval Street, Kannapolis, was charged with possession of a controlled substance Friday.

• Tennessee James Powell, 27, of the 100 block of West Liberty Street, was charged with breaking and entering Saturday.

• Alexx Lynn Sousa, 27, of the 400 block of Grace Church Road, was charged with possessing stolen goods Saturday.

• Daniel Lee Walker, 37, of the 400 block of Grace Church Road, was charged with possession of stolen goods Saturday.

• Lance Tyler Gibson, 26, of the 100 block of West Liberty Street, was charged with obtaining property by false pretenses Saturday.

• Jeffery Wade Hall, 28, of the 800 block of Vanderbuilt Drive, was charged with possession of controlled substances Saturday.

• Michael Allen Thomas, 51, of the 5200 block of Fish Pond Road, was charged with assault on a female Saturday.

• Artic Rashod Harris, 19, of the 70000 block of South Interstate 85, China Grove, was charged with possession of a controlled substance Sunday.

• A man reported Monday that a trailer was broken into in the 200 block of Faith Road.

• Fraud was reported Monday in the 1200 block of Arden Road.

• Cary Eugene Kiser, 49, of the 500 block of East Innes Street, was charged with larceny Sunday.

• Jonathan Keith Lyda, 47, of the 300 block of Pearl Street, was charged with assault on a female Monday.
