SALISBURY — The annual Edgar Welch Memorial Women’s Golf Tournament was held last week at the Country Club of Salisbury.
Susan Morris scored the low gross for the tournament while Cindy Carmazzi had the lowest net score. Carolynn Ries took second place in low net while Cathy Fleming was third.
In the senior division, Ruth Bowles had the low gross score while Mary Seaford was first in low net.
Four golfers won closest to the pin awards — Susan Houston (No. 17), Treva Honeycutt (No. 6), Ruth Bowles (No. 9) and Ellen Petrous (No. 14).
