In Salisbury Police Department reports:

Eddie Lee Oliver, 25, of Detroit, Michigan, was charged Sunday with felony identity theft and misdemeanor resisting a public officer after running from a Salisbury Police officer investigating credit card fraud. According to reports, Oliver was using a Florida driver’s license to obtain AT&T telephone services.

Oliver is currently held at the Rowan County Detention center under a $15,000 secured bond.

  • Hammed D. Tubman, 25, of Salisbury, was charged Saturday with misdemeanor resisting a public officer, misdemeanor communicating threats and misdemeanor second degree trespassing.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

Brandon Riley Templeton, 23, of Rockwell, was charged Friday with felony discharge of a weapon into a occupied dwelling or moving vehicle and three counts of misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon when he discharged a pistol into an occupied Ford Explorer.

He is held at the Rowan County Detention Center under a $25,000 secured bond.

  • Marques Lamar Stoffard, 29, of Kannapolis, was charged Friday with felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Clint Allen Gaines, 34, of Granite Quarry, was charged Friday with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute heroin and felony maintaining vehicle, dwelling or place for use, storage, or sale of a controlled substance.
  • Joshua Scott Ritchie, 28, of China Grove, was charged Friday with felony attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon, misdemeanor communicating threats and misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon.
  • Scotty Eugene Cranfield, 46, of Woodleaf, was charged Saturday with felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, misdemeanor assault on a female, misdemeanor injury  to personal property and misdemeanor communicating threats.
  • Brandon Lee Shumake, 24, of Salisbury, was charged Saturday with misdemeanor fleeing to elude arrest with a motor vehicle.
  • Justin Christopher Farrare, 26, of China Grove was charged Friday with felony obtaining property by false pretenses, felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
  • Mark Anthony Grisham, 39, of Salisbury, was charged Saturday with felony identity theft and two counts of felony obtaining property by false pretenses and misdemeanor larceny when he attempted to purchase items from Harris Teeter with a stolen EBT card.
  • Hunter Gray Koontz, 27, of China Grove, was charged Saturday with misdemeanor larceny  of a motor vehicle.
  • Jeffrey Lynn Wall, 54, of Salisbury was charged Saturday with communicating threats.
  • Steven Walker, 42, of Kannapolis, was charged Saturday with misdemeanor assault inflicting serious injury.
  • Dustin Bradley Sullivan, 36, of Kannapolis, was charged Saturday with felony fleeing to elude arrest.
  • Larissa Marie Martin, 31, of Dallas, N.C., was charged Sunday with misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession  of marijuana up to one-half an ounce and misdemeanor larceny.
  • David John Salmon, 24, of China Grove, was charged Sunday with felony larceny of a motor vehicle and felony possession of a motor vehicle.
  • Sydney Walker, 23, of Salisbury, was charged Sunday with felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia and misdemeanor simple possession of a Schedule IIV controlled substance.
