It looks like a fairly boring weather week, which is what we need for a change.

The one issue this week is air quality, which will be code yellow for most of the week. Ozone and particle pollution will be elevated. Unusually sensitive people may be affected.

Today will be sunny and 74, with calm wind becoming north around 5 mph. Tonight will be clear and 50, with calm wind.

We warm up to 80 on Tuesday, with more sunshine. Winds will be southwest at 5-7 mph in the afternoon. The low will be 58, with partly cloudy skies and west southwest wind at 3-6 mph.

Wednesday will be warmer, with a high of 82 and partly sunny skies. Winds will be west around 6 mph. The low will be 58, with mostly cloudy skies.

Thursday will be partly sunny, too, with a high of 81. Thursday night will be mostly cloudy, with a 50 percent chance of showers. The low will be 61.

Friday, too, will have a 50 percent chance of showers. It will be mostly cloudy and 76. Friday night has just a 30 percent chance of showers before 10 p.m. It will be partly cloudy and 54.

The weekend looks great, with a high Saturday of 75 and sunny skies. Saturday night will be partly cloudy and 53.
