Active-shooter training set at Knollwood school, Grace Lutheran

A multiagency training exercise will take place Saturday at Knollwood Elementary School and Grace Lutheran Church on Grace Church Road.
The exercise will involve fire, EMS, and law enforcement agencies. The emergency responders will engage in several active-shooter scenarios that will involve special response teams and hostage negotiators.
A briefing will take place at 7 a.m. Saturday at Knollwood Elementary.
The exercise should be complete by noon, officials said.
