Litter is a major issue in Salisbury and Rowan County. And none is worse than a main thoroughfare to our city, Julian Road.

Have you seen the piles of litter as you drive out to Interstate 85? It’s a total embarrassment to our beautiful city.

Why hasn’t the city of Salisbury addressed this issue and gotten it picked up? Littering is selfish and senseless selfish acts by cowardly, non-caring inconsiderate people.

When is it ever going to stop?
