• Wednesday meals begin at 6 tonight, Gloria Dei, 1908 Statesville Blvd. Followed by a service. Continues Wednesdays through April 10.
• Rowan Rose Society members will prune roses at Triangle Rose Garden in front of Summersett Funeral Home on West Innes Street at 8 a.m. Saturday for about two hours. Rain date March 23. A Star Rose Double Pink Knock-Out will be given away in a drawing for visitors or attendees. Refreshments. 704-642-1612
