SALISBURY — A man was shot in the left shoulder during a fight just after midnight Friday in the parking lot of the Fish Bowl in downtown Salisbury.
The Salisbury Police Department responded to a call at 12:05 a.m. Friday. Jacob Levi Sifford, 27, told officers that he was sitting inside his car in the parking lot behind the business at 127 E. Innes St.
Sifford said a black man wearing black clothing approached his vehicle with a handgun.
