Now is the time for Republicans to start caring about the environment.

Presidents Theodore Roosevelt and Richard Nixon cleaned up the environment. Roosevelt started land conservation and established the National Park Service. Nixon started the EPA and passed the Clean Air Act. Also, Nixon passed resolutions regulating car emissions that helped stop smog.

Caring about the environment helps keep our water, rivers and oceans clean.
