Spencer Library will celebrate inspirational black women with Friday program

SPENCER — As part of Black History Month, Spencer Public Library will present “Celebrate Inspirational Black Women” at 4 p.m. Friday at the library, 300 Fourth St.
The program will feature Kia Rice, known as Virtuous, a singer, songwriter, rapper and inspirational speaker for young women.
Other guests from the community will share success stories, especially for young women.
