Rowan Sheriff’s add Landis man to most wanted

Bobby Allen Morris, 54, has been added to the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office’s most-wanted list.
Morris was last known to be living in Landis. He is 5 foot 6 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds.
He faces charges of failing to notify authorities of an address change as a registered sex offender.
