Blotter: Woman charged with possession of drug paraphernalia

SALISBURY — The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office charged Ashley Marie Walker, 27, with felony possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 3000 block of West N.C. 152.

According to a Sheriff’s Office report, Walker was also in possession of a syringe and sponges. She was believed to be intoxicated on the side of the road.

In other Sheriff’s Office reports:

• A woman reported Friday that she sold items online and received a fake check in the 7300 block of U.S. 52.

• McDonald’s reported a larceny by an employee at the restaurant, 1105 Peeler Road.

• Deputies found narcotics at a Cleveland residence in the 200 block of Four Lakes Drive.

• Deputies charged a teenager Friday with possession of marijuana in the 500 block of Beaver Road, China Grove.

• Deputies charged someone Friday with possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia at Patterson and Millbridge roads, China Grove.

• A woman reported an attempted break-in Saturday at her property in the 8200 block of Smith Road, Kannapolis.

• A man reported a burglary Saturday in the 5900 block of Bertie Avenue.

• A man reported property damage Saturday in the 4900 block of S. Main Street.

• A woman reported Saturday that an intoxicated man threatened her with a handgun in the 100 block of Ernest Miller Road.

• An assault was reported Saturday in the 1100 block of Children’s Circle, Rockwell.

• A man reported Saturday that someone stole his Social Security number in the 900 block of Shive Road.

• A woman reported an assault Saturday in the 100 block of Ferrell Lane.

• A man reported property damage Saturday in the 400 block of Brookfield Circle.

• A woman reported an assault Sunday in the 300 block of Phaniel Church Road, Rockwell.

• A man reported a larceny Sunday at Webb Road Flea Market, 375 Leach Road.

• A woman reported Sunday that someone stole items from her home in the 10500 block of Statesville Boulevard, Cleveland.

• A woman reported property damage Sunday in the 1000 block of Relative Road, Cleveland.

• Travis Jason Lowder, 17, was charged Friday with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance Schedule VI in the 500 block of Beaver Road, China Grove.

• Michael Lee Daniels, 46, was charged Friday with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at Millbridge and Patterson roads, China Grove.

• Albert Antonio Henderson, 28, was charged Friday with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance Schedule VI in the 1700 block of Millbridge Road, China Grove.

• Maria Gonzalez Carillo, 22, was charged Saturday with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance Schedule VI in the 1600 block of Millbridge Road, China Grove.

• Elvis Lee Thompson, 62, was charged Saturday with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at Park Edwards and Unity Church roads, Kannapolis.

• Amelia August Contact, 61, was charged Sunday with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance Schedule VI at East N.C. 152 and Main Street, China Grove.

• Kelly Ann Strick-Primary, 49, was charged Sunday with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance Schedule VI at East N.C. 152 and Main Street, China Grove.

• Danny Patrick Duffy, 51, was charged Sunday with misdemeanor assault on a female in the 300 block of Phaniels Church Road, Rockwell.

• Gabriel Austin Shane Elmore, 17, was charged Sunday with misdemeanor assault on a government official at the Rowan County Detention Center.

• Tyjae Nikili Polk, 17, was charged Sunday with misdemeanor assault on a government official at the Rowan County Detention Center.

In Salisbury Police Department reports:

• Keystone Building Products reported Monday that its building was vandalized in the 700 block of North Long Street.

• A woman reported a larceny Monday in the 600 block of Brenner Avenue.

• A woman reported an assault Monday in the 200 block of West McCubbins Street.

• Desco Inc. reported fraud Monday at 1205 Lincolnton Road.

• A woman reported a burglary Monday in the 400 block of Morlan Park Road.
