Free Thanksgiving meals 2018

• Sunday, Nov. 18, 3 p.m.-until. Outreach Christian Ministries hosts Thanksgiving Dinner immediately following the service. 722 W. Horah St. Open to the community.

• Thanksgiving Day, 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Providence Baptist Church, 620 Andrews St., East Spencer. Held in the fellowship hall, available to anyone who needs it. For delivery, call at least a week in advance to Rev. Sy Ponds, 7040-637-6629 or Deacon Sam Adams 704-209-6454 with address and number of meals. Leave a message if no one answers.

• Thanksgiving Day, 11 a.m.-1 p.m., True Holiness Church of God, 309 Rosemont Ave., Kannapolis. Dinners available for delivery. Call 704-932-3053 and provide a working phone number and a good address. Last day to call for delivery order is Nov. 20.

• Thanksgiving Day, 11 a.m.-2 p.m., Love Christian Center, 102 N. Long St., East Spencer. Free Thanksgiving Dinner to anyone who desires it. Delivery service is available at 704-267-8648 or 704-637-2877. Elder Edith Downs is coordinator of the Thanksgiving Dinner;Bishop W. Ronald Hash is pastor.
