The OctoberTour-related Festival at Library Park will be 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Oct. 13 at Spencer Library Park. It will offer food, drink, local crafts, music, antique firetruck rides and room for kids to play. Thursday’s TimeOut gave the wrong location.
