Davidson County Democratic Party to open headquarters on Tuesday.

The Davidson County Democratic Party will officially open its headquarters at 250 Fairview Dr., Lexington on Tuesday, Sept. 25 at 6:30 p.m.
Several local candidates will be in attendance, including congressional candidate Kathy Manning, who is campaigning in North Carolina’s 13th District.
Tina Royal, chairwoman of the party, will also introduce Cheraton Love, candidate for North Carolina Senate District 29; Wendy Sellars, candidate for North Carolina House of Representatives District 80; Lewie Phillps, candidate for North Carolina House of Representatives District 81; and Derek Kelly, candidate for Davidson County commissioner.
“We invite all Davidson County Democrats and unaffiliated voters to join us as we kick off the fall campaign season,” said Royal. “We will have a fun evening with something for everyone in the family to enjoy including hot dogs, popcorn, sno-cones, live music and a lot of meet-and-greet opportunities.”
