LANDIS — The Board of Alderman will receive bids for paving three streets and discuss improvements to the water and sewer systems on Sept. 10.

The meeting was postposed because of Labor Day.

The aldermen will receive a bid for paving Davis, West Fifth and West Sixth streets. At the previous Town of Landis meeting, several residents voiced concerns about the conditions of the roads throughout the town.

They will also receive a recommendation from the planning board about the initial zoning of a recently voluntarily annexed property and consider calling for a public hearing.

They will discuss improvements to the water and sewer systems.

The Town of Landis meeting is on Monday at 7 p.m. at 312 S. Main Street, Landis.
