West Rowan honors Young, Parks and Smith

KP Parks was No. 2 during his career at West, Chris Smith was No. 42 and the late coach Scott Young compiled 172 wins during his career at West. Smith, an NFL player with the Cleveland Browns, could not attend due to his own game on Friday night against the Buffalo Bills.
