Letter: Plastic guns are absurd

As a registered carrying-concealed-weapon (CCW) permit holder, I would like to thank N.C. Attorney General Josh Stein (whose office is joining a lawsuit against the Trump administration over its decision to allow a company to post blueprints for 3D-printed guns online).
3D-printed plastic guns are absurd. These types of weapons can and will find a way into our school systems. Once legalized, untraceable handguns would be devastating to our communities.
North Carolina cannot afford these types of outcomes. We need to continue to keep the fire to our legislators, and maintain our children’s safety.
