Re: “Rowan Legion wrap-up: Another stellar season in the books” (Aug. 7): Some people say sports builds character; some say sports only reveals character. Regardless, these young men set the example for character, patriotism, determination and sportsmanship. Many thanks to them, the coaches, Legionnaires and volunteers who made another great summer of baseball possible for so many people to enjoy!
