7th Annual CHICKWEED ~ Celebrating Indestructible Women Music & Arts Festival

4-11 p.m. Saturday, July 21 at the F&M Trolley Barn, 125 E. Liberty St.

The CHICKWEED music and arts festival is an indoor/outdoor event featuring women musicians and artists to raise funds and awareness for Prevent Child Abuse Rowan–Terrie Hess House. This year’s event features musical performances, featured visual artists, Queens of D’Nile belly dance troupe, and more than 30 vendors.

Vendors presenting arts, crafts, jewelry and clothing will be on hand, along with food and drink by New Sarum Brewing Company, Morgan Ridge Railwalk Brewery & Eatery, Mambo on Wheels.
Healing arts will be represented by Shalom Regel Reflexology and Stillpoint Healing Arts.

CHICKWEED has historically raised funds on behalf of the local shelter for women victims of violence. This year, in a new direction, proceeds will support Prevent Child Abuse Rowan–Terrie Hess House, for children victims of violence and sexual abuse.

While CHICKWEED features all women artists…the event is for all!
