Letter: Keep grass clippings in yard

I do wish when people cut grass they would turn their lawn mower around and throw the grass back on the yard and not in the road or street.
If they would do this, it would help fertilize the grass and make things look much better. I don’t like the grass blowing under my car. It is also bad when people throw rocks out in the street from their driveways.
