Today and Friday we’ll have a better chance of showers, but coverage will still be spotty.
It will be partly sunny and 90, with west southwest wind around 5 mph this afternoon. There’s a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.m., with a tenth to a quarter inch of rain possible.
Tonight’s chance of rain will be 50 percent, with mostly cloudy skies and a low of 71. West northwest wind will calm in the evening. A quarter to half inch of rain is possible. Patchy fog will form around 5 a.m.
Friday will see fog until around 9 a.m., then become partly sunny and 88. Winds will be from the south southwest at 5-9 mph. The chance of showers and storms will be 40 percent, with less than a tenth of an inch expected.
Friday night will have a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms that could linger into the early morning of Saturday. It will be mostly cloudy and 71 with south southwest wind at 3-7 mph. Less than a tenth of an inch of rain is expected.
Saturday starts with a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorm through the morning. It will be mostly sunny and 90, with southwest wind at 6-13 mph, gusting to 18 mph. Saturday night will be partly cloudy and 71.
Sunday, the heat is on again, with mostly sunny skies and a high of 94. A 40 percent chance of showers and storms moves in overnight, with partly cloudy skies and a low of 72.
Monday will be mostly sunny and 90. A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms is possible before 8 p.m. The low will be 69.
Tuesday will be mostly sunny and not as hot, with a high of 86. The low will be 66.
