What follows two?
According to Jerry Helms players must be careful how they bid after RHO opens with a weak two bid. Be especially careful with NT bids. If you bid 2NT you are promising 15-18 points, stopper in the opponent’s suit and fairly even distribution. A 2NT bid after a strong bid (13 points) opening by RHO is conventional and is not necessarily strong. A 2 bid of any suit after a 1 bid by RHO is a weak showing and must be alerted. Jerry’s Rule for jump bids is “Strength comes after weakness, and weakness comes after strength.” Now that you are thoroughly confused, think about this and use the advice.
