Seems to me the Salisbury City Council should be looking at tightening the belts instead of spending money on lavish trips across the pond. This type of wasteful spending affects everyone in the county as Salisbury just continues to increase the water bills for all municipalities.

Many people on fixed incomes would love for someone to pay for a trip somewhere. Tighten the belt like the rest of the people in Rowan County. Race has nothing to do with my increased water bills.
