Norris Torrence

The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man, Norris Lee Torrence.

Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Norris Lee Torrence, 77, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. He is described as a black man, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 190 pounds, with graying short hair and brown eyes.

When last seen, he was wearing a buttoned blue long sleeve shirt, blue jeans and a black baseball hat with “Walk with Jesus” on the front.

He was last seen at 124 Fort Worth Ave. in Kannapolis and may have been headed to Mount Ulla. He is driving a 2012 gray Hyundai Sante Fe with license number WVT 9160.
