SALISBURY — With all 41 precincts reporting in, incumbents Greg Edds, Jim Greene and Judy Klusman won Tuesday’s Republican primary for three seats on the Rowan County Board of Commissioners, followed by Craig Pierce, Mike Julian and Jim Sides.

Their totals are:

• Edds, 5,659

• Greene, 5,110

• Klusman, 4,685

• Pierce, 2,278

• Sides, 2,211

• Julian, 2,208

The Fibrant referendum has many more “for” votes than “against”:

• For: 2,602, or 81.52 percent

• Against: 590, or 18.48 percent
