Being a taxpayer in Rowan County, I am concerned about what is going on with the changes around Beatty Ford Road and Interstate 85 that I have been hearing about.

It seems like talk about water and sewer is being pushed hard and fast.

I want to know who will pay the expensive water and sewer ticket. Will we get to vote on who pays?

Would the three commissioners running for the May 8 primary please explain who will be responsible for paying the ticket?
