To the sorry excuse of a human being that dropped the little black dog on the end of Miller Road and NC 152 West:

What is wrong with you? Don’t you know that dogs have feelings too? That poor thing lies in the field in the morning, watches the cars and waits for his owner every day.

Animal Control is aware of the situation and they said the people in the area are feeding it.

All dogs want to do is love their owners in exchange for food, shelter and love. I guess that was too much to ask.

I would love to bring the poor thing home, but our dog is looking to have puppies. I can only hope that someone can give the little dog a good home.
