Veteran Kelvin Joyner will be the guest speaker at Tuesday’s NAMI Rowan Education Meeting. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall, 1908 Statesville Blvd. Joyner’s presentation is about recovery from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
