Letter: Check Hotwire’s record before you sign a lease

Salisbury officials would serve its citizens well by asking current Hotwire Communications customers questions on what their experience has been like.

In a word: Sorry. My neighborhood has been under Hotwire’s exclusive contract for several years, and we’re counting the days when it expires.

Trouble tickets are worked at their convenience. Charged rates are high in comparison to level of service and content quality.
