Hendo’s Hope All-Star Expo and Fundraiser is Saturday, March 24, at North Rowan High School.
Fun for the entire family. Doors open at 5:30 PM. Admission $5. Fundraiser tickets will be available for .25-$1 for guessing jars and raffle items donated by local businesses. Silent Auction items and concessions will also be available. All proceeds will benefit Hendo’s Hope Scholarship Fund designated for a Rowan County Senior (applications available Saturday or download atwww.hendoshope.com) and ongoing efforts to host pre-screening heart events and to purchase AED’s for local sports teams.
There will be a 3-point and Dunk Contest, girls and guys games, as well as educational and interactive Healthy Heart Booths: TruSafe Safety Training, Hendo’s Hope – CPR/AED Demonstrations, Athletic Safety Information, Recruitment Tips and College Athlete Information (Are you looking for guidance on pursuing athletic scholarships and playing at the next level?
