SALISBURY — Downtown Salisbury Inc. is moving its Ring in Spring at the Bell Tower event inside City Hall, 217 S. Main St., because of the forecast for rain and cold weather Saturday.

The event is scheduled to run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Though hayrides have been canceled, Easter Bunny photos, crafts and other activities will go on. The “fill your own Easter basket” activity also will continue as planned.

Participants should enter City Hall through the front door on South Main Street.

There is parking behind City Hall that can be accessed from Bank or Lee Street.
