SALISBURY — A woman reported to the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office on Monday that she was the victim of fraud that she says occurred between Feb. 1 and Monday in the 300 block of Phillips Avenue, Landis.

In other Sheriff’s Office reports:

• A man on Monday reported a larceny in the 2400 block of N.C. 153.

• Matthew Corey Miller, 17, was charged Monday with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at West Rowan High School.

• Leo Christopher Papagni, 31, was charged Monday with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance Schedule III at U.S. 52, Rockwell.
