Letter: Getting a grip on reality

Democrats and never Trumpers need to get a grip on reality. Take a look at the economy; we are in fact better shape today than any time in the Obama reign. Unemployment is down and even with a current downturn in the stock market we are still higher than the Obama years.

Over and over again, the press has been less than truthful and lies concerning Trump. We hear continually how Trump has lied but never exactly what he’s lying about nor for that matter given any proof that he has lied, just accusations.

It will soon be two years with (Special Counsel Robert) Mueller and still he doesn’t have anything proving that Trump colluded with the Russians. But for the Demos and never Trumpers any day now Mueller is going to find some criminal activity by Trump or the people around Trump.

If you have anything to offer you should give Mueller a call — he needs your help, but then, who cares, it’s only taxpayer millions Mueller is spending.

Trump is not denigrating the FBI nor the attorney general but some of the leaders in these agencies who banned together during the election campaign in an effort to elect Clinton queen and heir apparent to the throne of presidency. It didn’t work out so now Mueller and his Democrat lawyers are feverously looking for something — anything to prove Trump colluded with the Russians.

I have never understood just what the Russians could do to steal the election.

The latest from Hillary is that she lost the election because of “men.” Good girl Hillary, playing the victim card is almost as good as the race card.

Most of us appreciate that President Trump is trying to “drain the swamp.” This is tough since these people are and have been entrenched for years and will not easily give up their fiefdoms. This activity is not disgraceful but necessary for freedom and liberty and the law in which we all should abide.
