Curb repair prompts closure along U.S. 29 ramp here
SALISBURY – Repair work to a failing curb and gutter at the South Main Street (U.S. 29) ramp to Jake Alexander Boulevard in Salisbury will close the work zone for a few hours Tuesday.
Crews will close part of the road between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Tuesday.
Motorists will be able to detour around the closure using South Main Street, Klumac Road and Jake Alexander Boulevard.
Transportation officials remind motorists to watch signs for construction information, stay alert and obey the posted speed limit when traveling through work zones.
