Christmas in the Village at Historic Gold Hill

GOLD HILL — Historic Gold Hill’s Christmas in the Village event is December 8-10, and Santa Claus will definitely be coming to town. Come visit him and the merchants in the Village where you will find complimentary light refreshments in the shops, hayrides, marshmallow roasting, live music, and free photo ops with Santa, all free to the public.

Shops will be open from 11a.m.-8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, Dec. 8-9, and 12:30 -5 p.m. on Sunday. A complete schedule of events may be found at www.goldhillnc.com.

If you’re looking for a less hectic Christmas experience, make Historic Gold Hill your holiday destination where you can enjoy the season in a lovely, relaxed, quaint setting surrounded by ten unique specialty shops.
