SALISBURY — The early-bird discount deadline is Thursday for the Rowan County Chamber of Commerce’s April trip to Iceland.

 The trip is being offered through Central Holidays, but any chamber-member travel agent may book the trip for local participants.

“Join us on our tour to Iceland, a land of geysers, glaciers, volcanoes, epic sagas, heroic legends and rich history,” said chamber President Elaine Spalding.

The trip includes seven days and five nights including hotels, meals, day trips and airfare from Charlotte.

The early-bird price is $2,899, if reserved by Thursday.
