Travel presentation

The Spencer Public Library will feature a presentation on travels to Turkey and Scotland at 4 p.m. Tuesday.

Dr. Jim Stringfield will talk about his recent trip to Turkey, and Frank and Anne Saunders will discuss their travels in Scotland and Ireland.

The program will feature light refreshments and a Q&A session with Stringfield and the Saunderses.

The presentation will be held at the library, 300 Fourth St. in Spencer.

“Merry Grinchmas”

The Spencer Public Library will host a Grinch-themed Christmas celebration at 4 p.m. Dec. 7.

“Merry Grinchmas” is for children in preschool through fifth grade. It will feature story time, refreshments, games, crafts and treat bags.

The program will be held at the library, 300 Fourth St. in Spencer.
