Letter: City manager is responsive

I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to Salisbury City Manager Lane Bailey.

In our busy daily life, it is unusual to find people who are concerned with the needs of the citizens that they serve. I was impressed that he not only took the time to listen, but also took notes to better address the problem. That kind of dedication to the city goes a long way toward solving the problems before they become major issues. I hope he will be a long-term employee for the betterment of Salisbury.

The traffic backup near the hospital, caused by the closing of the bridge, was an inconvenience. I hope the change to the traffic light has helped ease your drive.

Thank you again to Lane Bailey. We look forward to your continued support for Salisbury residents.
