Did you know: Some counties in the USA have an age limit ordinance banning trick-or-treating over the age of 12? An example: Apex, where an ordinance went on the books in 1973. So why are we still meeting opposition in 2017 implementing ordinances that ban unlicensed backyard breeding, which adds to our country’s animal overpopulation epidemic daily?

Your kid isn’t supposed to get free candy at age 13 but, hey, go ahead and breed voiceless victims, make your money and. it if it ends up at a county shelter on death row, oh well. we’ll do what we have to.

Check your priorities, Americans. This is insane. So much time has been wasted on ludicrous things when the focus should be on saving innocent lives.
