Rowan weather: Cooler air on the way

Last night’s storms have moved east, so we should have a calm day. The only problem is the fog, which will stick around until at least 9 a.m.

It’s going to be sunny and 70, with southwest wind at 5-8 mph this afternoon.

Tonight will be partly cloudy and chilly, with a low of 39 and northwest wind at 3-7 mph.

More fog is possible early Wednesday, along with some frost. It will be sunny with a high of 60 and southwest winds at 5-7 mph in the afternoon.

Frost is possible again Wednesday night, with a low of 37. Northwest wind of 6 mph will calm after midnight.

Frost will linger into Thursday morning, then it will be sunny and 62 with a light west southwest wind. The low will be 37 under clear skies.

Friday will be sunny and 70, with a low of 42.

Saturday will be mostly sunny and 66. A 50 percent chance of showers moves in Saturday night, with a low of 46.

Sunday has a 40 percent chance of showers, and will be partly sunny and 60. The low will be a cold 35, with more frost possible.

Monday will be sunny and cooler, with a high of 56.
