Letter: Rehab could help
Some 42.4 percent of crime is caused by drugs. The worst drugs right now are heroin and meth. Most teens will be asked to try heroin at some point in their lives.
Most people who go to jail for any crime to do with drugs go back to them. I think we should have them go straight at a rehab/recovery center for six weeks or more and, hopefully, the crime due to drugs will go down.
