City of Salisbury services and facilities will operate on the following schedule for the Labor Day holiday on Monday:

• City offices, including the customer service center and recreation centers, will be closed.
• “Meetings with the Manager” is canceled for the month of September. The next meeting will be Oct. 2.
• Salisbury Transit will not offer transit services.
• City waste collection will collect garbage and recycling on schedule. Monday’s limb collection will move to Tuesday.
• Fibrant technical support will maintain regular hours. For assistance, customers should call 704-638-5300.
• Salisbury-Rowan Utilities’ administrative offices will be closed Monday. For water or sewer emergencies after hours or on the holiday, call 704- 638-5339.
• The Salisbury Community Park will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Rowan County offices will be closed Monday. The county landfill and its recycling and processing centers also will be closed.

• All city of Kannapolis offices will be closed Monday. Garbage and recycling collection will run on a normal schedule.

• Rowan Public Library will be closed today and Monday. Normal hours resume at 9 a.m. Tuesday.

• China Grove town offices were closed Friday and will be closed Monday.

• Spencer town offices will be closed Monday. Trash and limb removal will be pushed back by one day for the week.

• Cleveland Town Hall will be closed Monday. Trash will be picked up Saturday instead of Friday.

• Landis Town Hall will be closed Monday. Town services will not be affected.

• Granite Quarry Town Hall will be closed Monday. Town services will not be affected.

• Rockwell Town Hall will be closed Monday. Town services will not be affected.

• East Spencer Town Hall will be closed Monday. Town services will not be affected.
