Jones~ Hough Engagement

Gary and Claudine Jones of Robbinsville, N.C. are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Danielle Jones to Nathan Hough of Salisbury.

Danielle is the granddaughter of the late Robert Jones and the late Joan Jones of Robbinsville and Claude Carpenter and the late Myrtle Carpenter of Robbinsville. A 2011 graduate of Robbinsville High School, Danielle received a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Western Carolina University in 2015. She is a special events and entertainment manager for the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad.

Nathan is the son of Boyd and Karen Hough of Salisbury. He is the grandson of Mary Frances Hough and the late Claude Hough of China Grove and Shirley Carpenter and the late Frank Carpenter of Lincolnton. A 2010 graduate of Jesse Carson High School, Nathan received a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Conservation  and Management from Western Carolina University in 2014. He is a supervisor at Universal Forest Products.

The wedding is Sept. 30, 2017 at Sweetgum Baptist Church in Robbinsville.
