Letter: Follow-up on Fibrant

As a follow-up to my letter published on Aug. 6 regarding my inability to have someone contact me about switching to Fibrant, I was contacted the next day. Fibrant was installed that Friday. I was asked some questions, and I hope my answers will help the Fibrant team determine where the breakdown in communication occurred so changes can be made.
As far as the service, the TV picture is better, my internet faster and my bill lower. I am very pleased with Fibrant.
