​​William Travis Driver of Salisbury is receiving his Eagle Scout Award today, Aug. 13, 2017, at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church presented by Michael Lyerly. Harold Driver is Scoutmaster of Troop 350.

A troop guide with Troop 350, Travis has received 26 merit badges. His Eagle project consisted of painting the fellowship building for St. Peter’s. His sponsor was Rockwell Civitan Club.

A freshman at Western Carolina University, Travis is the son of Gail and Harold Driver of Salisbury.
