In what world do we live where a 12-year-old boy gets run over in the middle of an interstate highway and no one is charged with his death? How many drivers passed him? Why didn’t someone stop and make sure that boy was safe?

There is no excuse for this. People who are driving a car should be paying attention to what is going on around them. I would like to know if the person who struck this young man was on their cell phone or iPad and not looking where they were going.

This is a sad situation that should have never happened.
