SALISBURY — Salisbury native Ashley Maddox Knowles and her husband will be on the HGTV program, “Island Hunters,” tonight at 10 p.m.

In the segment, titled “Turning a Profit in the Bahamas,” Ashley and husband Aaron will be looking for resort property for their business.

Aaron is a native of the Bahamas. According to HGTV, he and Ashley have a dream to own and operate a resort hotel near Hope Town in the Abaco region of the Bahamas. On the show, Chris Krolow of Private Islands Inc. will help them with their search.

Ashley, a 2005 graduate of Salisbury High School, is the daughter of Scott and Ellen Maddox of Salisbury.

The segment will be aired again at 1 a.m. Monday.
