Pinocchio’s Italian Restaurant of Spencer will be demonstrating a dish at the The Salisbury-Rowan Farmer’s Market on Saturday, July 22.   

Watch assistant chefs Rebecca and Danielle prepare a chosen recipe using produce from the market and then allowing market customers to sample the dish.

The demo will start approx. 9:30 a.m. and end when all samples have been tasted.

Copies of the recipe will be available, too.

The market is across the street from Rowan Library at the intersection of South Jackson and West Fisher streets.
